IOWA CITY — Gov. Terry Branstad has appointed an Iowa City lawyer as the next 6th Judicial District judge. Chad A. Kepros of North Liberty will replace Stephen Jackson Jr., who left the district to become a U.S. magistrate in the Southern District this month.
